"Customer service is absolutely awful. After a refund being processed but not received they are really unhelpful. Although I will use the system myself I would never recommend it to anyone else because of their attitude to problems being dealt with. Update. Been there. Done that. No refund received after 7 weeks. Yes you say it has been processed but my card company have said they can't trace it with the ARN no. Have requested for it to be reversed and added to my curve card instead. No reply"
