Is good when it works when something doesn't work support not bothering to help you. I send 3 messages to help me with transactions as I still haven't received my 1% cashback from my selected retailers. 4 days passed and support still haven't answered. I guess I will be downgrading my premium account.
FAQ instructions aren't inline with the latest app functionality. I wasn't able to find my pin code in the app (payments are declined because of incorrect pin). Customer support cannot help during the last month. My 4 requests were ignored.
Froze my card, refund can't access - no customer service - you're money is not safe If you think you can siphon my refund to curve cash then block access to my money you will be in for a rude awakening.
Xiaomi Note 10 Lite. App doesn't work. Always crashes, can't go trough the registration process.
Customer service is absolutely awful. After a refund being processed but not received they are really unhelpful. Although I will use the system myself I would never recommend it to anyone else because of their attitude to problems being dealt with. Update. Been there. Done that. No refund received after 7 weeks. Yes you say it has been processed but my card company have said they can't trace it with the ARN no. Have requested for it to be reversed and added to my curve card instead. No reply
Fantastic. Here's a couple suggestions to make this app even better: automatic card selection for each type of purchase AND nfc/qr code payments.
Is Amex support on the roadmap? I wouldn't bother to pay a fee for that.
Cannot finish setup. When i get to address screen it keeps saying "something went wrong". Just tried the new update and that did not solve the issue either. Please help, would love to finish sign up! =)
